LinkedIn: kolja-diehl
2. Hosting
This website is served from a server operated by me; no external hosting provider is involved. When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, time, page requested and browser information) in order to deliver the page. This data is not stored in access logs and not analysed.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from this server. Third-party content (YouTube) is only loaded after you click, see section 5a.
4. Contact by email or LinkedIn
Emails to the address above are forwarded to my private mailbox via the forwarding service ImprovMX (improvmx.com). ImprovMX briefly processes your message and sender address on its own servers, which may be located outside Switzerland and the EU; its privacy policy applies. If you prefer not to use this, contact me via LinkedIn. I use your details solely to handle your request and do not share them.
You can also contact me via my LinkedIn profile. If you message me there, LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Dublin, Ireland) processes your message under its own privacy policy. I use your details solely to handle your request and do not share them.
5. External links
Links to other websites (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube) are plain links. Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies.
5a. YouTube videos
Some videos are provided via YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4,
Ireland). At first, the page only shows a preview image stored on this server; no data is sent to YouTube.
Only when you click a video is it loaded in privacy-enhanced mode from youtube-nocookie.com. Your
IP address and technical browser data are then transmitted to YouTube, which may also transfer data to the
USA and use cookies or similar technologies. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a)
GDPR). Details: Google privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. Please contact me by email or via LinkedIn (see above). You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a data protection authority in the EU.
