Internships

As a teaching assistant I supported the Daedalus focus project team with best practices for Git, Python and data management, and set up their documentation in Obsidian.

In the visual computing group I programmed patterns in Processing, generated G-code from them automatically and machined the parts on a CNC router – from graphic to finished part. I also worked with 3D printing and laser cutting.

In the laboratory of the Bremer Umweltinstitut I helped analyse wood preservatives, building materials and mould – from pipetting to evaluating chromatograms. Along the way I prepared the substrates for my Jugend forscht mycelium project there.

Three weeks in the workshop of a Bremen shop for pedelecs and speed pedelecs. I also attended a meeting of the Oldenburg energy cluster OLEC and saw how mobility concepts are developed there.
